Join us at Launch Kawartha for Ampere's no-cost AODA compliance training for employers in the food service, restaurant, retail, and agriculture sectors in the Kawartha Lakes and surrounding areas. AODA compliance is not only mandatory, it helps ensure your business can maximize its reach and impact! This program raises awareness of employment standards, improves access to untapped talent and removes accessibility barriers across stages of employment for people living with disabilities.

This is a four-hour hybrid workshop delivered at Launch Kawartha (165 Kent St. W. - on the 3rd floor above Scotiabank in Lindsay, Ontario). Join us in-person or virtually!

This workshop will cover:

1. An introduction to AODA compliance
2. How to adhere to web content accessibility guidelines
3. Inclusive recruitment, retention, and accommodations practices of People Living with Disabilities (PLWD)
