Join us for a FREE six-week telephone series. This interactive program helps people living with chronic health conditions and their caregivers to better cope with symptoms and activities of daily life. All participants will receive the "Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions" resource book, a companion book and an "Exercises for Chronic Conditions" CD or MP3. We suggest that participants attend all six sessions of the program where possible.

Registration is required as space is limited to 4 participants.

The small class is ideal for a more personalized approach.
